Load Links
The LCM load link series has been designed for lifting and weighing applications in harsh environments, being manufactured from high tensile aluminium or stainless steel. Simple to install, and matched to standard shackle sizes, our load links come in ratings from 1 to 500 tonnes and are environmentally sealed to IP65, IP66 or IP67 as required. Load links manufactured to specific dimensions and to higher ratings are available on request. A range of displays are also available to suit each application.

AWLL - Aluminium Wireless Load Link
The LCM AWLL load link is designed for lifting and weighing in harsh environments, manufactured from aluminium alloy with steel brushed holes that provide added wear protection, this light weight wireless load link is ideal for proof testing structures, monitoring loads on hoists and rigging.
Further applications include underhook crane weighing, water weights filling and warehouse despatch weighing.

TLL Stainless Steel Cable Connected Load Link
The LCM TLL series of load links have been designed for lifting and weighing in rugged or harsh environments, being manufactured entirely from Stainless Steel. The TLL load links are simple to install and are matched to standard shackle sizes. They are normally supplied with a MIL specification plug and socket; the whole package is environmentally sealed to IP66.
The TLL load link series can be supplied modified to meet a particular application requirement. We are always pleased to discuss any special requirements that can be accommodated.

WLL Stainless Steel Wireless Load Link
Manufactured from stainless steel this rugged, corrosion resistance wireless load link fully complies with the European Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC.
The unique wireless housing, containing two AAA alkaline batteries, is manufactured from semi-aromatic polyamide plastic making the load link far more compact and reducing the overall product weight.
